Basic Cabin

Our Basic Cabin package is designed for the economy minded individual who is just looking for the "bare bones" cabin shell.  It is just the cabin with no decks or any other decorative accessories.  

This is not a kit.  We provide site preparation, delivery, materials and all the necessary labor for the completion of your cabin .  You get a fully constructed log cabin, built on your site, ready to move in and enjoy.  (additional charges  apply for delivery and construction outside our local area, please contact us for details and a price quote)

Note:  Does not include electrical wiring, septic, plumbing or well.  All our cabins have an open floor plan with no partition walls or cabinets.

•     29 gauge Galvalume steel roofing in your choice of color
•     Steel insulated front door with a 9 lite panel window, latch and dead bolt.  
•     5 - 28" x 32" insulated double pane vinyl awning windows
•     Open rafter ceilings on the first and second floor; and open studs on the end walls on the second floor
•     2" x 4" studs with 5/8" T1-11 exterior paneling on the second floor end walls
•     3/4" tongue and groove Sturdi-floor plywood floor sheathing 
•     2"x8" floor joists 
•     22" x 54" fold down stair to second floor
•     6" x 8" railroad tie skid foundation

$16,995.00         12' x 18' cabin with a 14' x 20' second floor loft (496 sq. ft.)  Add $2000.00 for a post and beam foundation

$22,995.00         14' x 22' cabin with a 16' x 24' second floor loft (692 sq. ft.)  Add $2500.00 for a post and beam foundation
